2018 is going to be the 10th year that the Marathons realized by the joint arrangement of Budapest Festival Orchestra and the Palace of Arts has been featuring the quintessence of the work of one composer for each year, during a whole day from morning to late evening. And also 2018 will celebrate the 100th year of the birth of American composer, conductor, pianist and one of the key figures of the dissemination of musical knowledge Leonard Bernstein.
