Boglárka Jobbágy

I graduated from the Franz Liszt Academy of Music in June 2012, under the guidance by Géza Kapás and Teréz Pichner. In 2009 summer – after audition – I passed into Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival Youth Orchestra in Germany as the only musician from Hungary, where I received the opportunity to work together with renowned conductors and soloists such as Christian Eschenbach and Anne-Sophie Mutter.

Since September 2012 I am violin teacher at Tóth Aladár Music School, Budapest.

The active musical life has always been important for me. The Schleswig-Holstein Festival Orchestra and a three-week tour to Asia with the Orchestra of Music Academy inspired me to engage myself to a symphonic career.

Since August 2012, I am a permanent member of the Concerto Armonico Chamber Orchestra under the direction of Miklós Spányi.

I am regularly playing a lot of chamber music with different groups and broaden the existing repertoire.
